student quiz options

Option 1

student quiz pdf
the above will appear (when clicked) but the form fields and submit button are useless!

the solution is to download the pdf , click to open it and complete the quiz and press ‘submit’.. This will email your completed pdf, however the problem remains that the process is not intuitive and quick, hence below as alternative… if this is a practical one?
